Hi Fineract Community!
I am {*}Janani{*}, an Artificial Intelligence & Data Science student and an
aspiring GSoC 2026 contributor. I am deeply interested in the *Self-Service API
(BFF)* project and have been focusing on the core security architecture within
the Fineract ecosystem.
To begin my contribution journey, I have already completed a deep-dive analysis
of the {{TenantAwareBasicAuthenticationFilter}} logic. I’ve successfully
identified the header handling for {{Fineract-Platform-TenantId}} and the
tenant pinning mechanisms within the filter chain.
I am officially starting my onboarding today through *FINERACT-2135* and have
successfully initiated my local build using {{{}./gradlew bootRun{}}}. I am
eager to get my hands dirty with the code to support the community!
