In some edge cases, the current Accrual Activity calculation logic was
producing incorrect result in case payable interest was shifted to next
installment (happens if so much principal was paid on the installment, the
payable interest cannot be recognized on this period (EMI - paid interest <
payable interest), hence it got shifted to next installment.
