Description:
In the list of actions for closing a fixed deposit account, "Reinvest Maturity
Amount" and "Reinvest Principal Only," the transaction cannot be closed due to
the error: "Internal Server Error."
-This error also affects fixed deposit accounts when running the "Update
Deposit Accounts Maturity Details" job.
Below are the steps required to recreate the scenario:
-Request >> New Fixed Deposit Account
-Select the product name and select the date the deposit was submitted
(retroactive).
-Enter the deposit amount, the deposit period, and select the deposit period
type (compound interest period: Annually).
-Set the maturity instruction to "Reinvest Maturity/Principal Only" and select
a savings account.
-Set charges (optional), preview, and submit for approval
-Set approval date and activation date (retroactive)
-Run the deposit account maturity task
-Close account, select a closing date
-Select the required action: "Reinvest only the maturity/principal amount"
-Click the "Confirm" button.

Application>>New Fixed Deposit Account
Select Product Name and select date deposit was submitted (backdated)
Enter deposit amount, deposit period and select deposit period type (interest
compound period:Annually)
Set maturity instruction as "Re-invest maturity amount/principal only" and
select a savings account
Set charges (optional), preview and submit for approval
Set approved date and activation date (backdated)
Run deposit account maturity job
Close account, select a closed date
Select required action "Re-invest maturity amount/principal only"
Click "Confirm" button.
