h3. Background and Details
BuyDown fees implemented at FINERACT-2311 is currently configured to support
merchant lending where merchant related accounting is handling outside Fineract
system. Hence the system has been configured to affect the EXPENSE account.
However, for non-merchant products the system should affect the ASSET account.
*Acceptance Criteria*
# User should be able to configure Buy-Down fees accounting between merchant
and non-merchant lending (Expense or Asset) at global level.
# Following will be the Accounting entries when non-merchant type is configured
