*Pre-condition:* progressive loan with interest recalculation = true(enabled)
and interest rate zero
*Steps to reproduce:*
1 - create loan - approve and disburse
2 - add interest pause
*Expected result:*
interest pause should be forbidden for such case
*Actual result:*
interest pause is added and repayment schedule breaks - please see attachments
before and after interest pause added
