The order should be deposit, interest posting then withholding tax deduction.
The reasoning behind this is, you cannot deduct withholding tax before you have
posted interest into the account since withholding tax is a % of interest.
The impact of this is the account balance when ordered by transaction id is
misleading. Example, in this case, the account balance of transaction id 63 is
what the balance should be after withholding tax deduction and not interest
posting.
