Apache CXF provides a BOM pom that was introduced in 3.2.x. This has been
helpful in managing the dependencies, however some artifacts that did not carry
over from 3.x to 4.x are present or published.
Notably:
* cxf-bundle-compatible: last publish was 3.6.11
* All dependencies under the groupId org.apache.cxf.benchmark
This causes issues when evaluating the BOM's dependency management section.
