CXF 4.1.0-snapshot (main branch) appears to build clean.
Tested with IBM Java 17 on MacOS (AArch64), and CentOS Stream 9 (PPC64LE).
The 4.0.x-fixes branch remains unstable for IBM Java 17 testing.
