Hi [~jgreffe],
I still think the configuration from entity should take precedence, it's not
only about the language, it's about all other properties from entity. Changing
the behaviour here will cause backward compatibility issue.
Btw, I created CAMEL-16460 which will address this from CAMEL side(so your
CxfRsEndpointConfigurer will take effect)
