My bundle OSGI remains in "grace period" because of this error

it' seem some url is down in the specific the url
http://camel.apache.org/schema/blueprint/cxf
is a couple of days is not reachable and give me error code 404 "Page not
found".
Is down for a error or the XSD is migrate to another url?
