Description: The service list feature is used quite often (see please
CXF-8046) but the implementation is not extensible at the moment and requires
knowledge about all possible integrations (like fe Swagger or OpenAPI). It
would be good to make it extensible so each integration could provide the
discoverable implementation at runtime (using Bus properties or extensions for
example).
