Initial commit went in, along with the sample project, more to come but if you
guys have time to contribute, please do as well. I've extracted the Swagger UI
integration into dedicated module, so it could be freely reused between Swagger
1.5.x and Swagger 2.0 (OpenAPI v3.0), there are quite a lot of implementation
to share for free. It is just an initial commit, but things work pretty well
already. :-)
