The master (3.2.0-SNAPSHOT) seems to be moving towards using commons-lang3
instead of commons-lang. The cxf xjc plugin 3.1.0 is also requiring
commons-lang3. However, at the moment both versions are still pulled, basically
because of velocity 1.7 transitive dependencies.
It would really make sense to finish up the migration to newer commons-lang3,
by also upgrading velocity from 1.7 to 2.0.
