I see what you mean. Jaxrs spec section 2.3.2 says that @ApplicationPath value
should be finally put in servlet mapping. From the JAXRSServerFactoryBean and
CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet, I wrongly thought this could be the thing cxf can
handle.
