After discovering pax-web-extender, I am convinced that the only way to get CXF
integrated with pax-cdi / pax-web is to rewrite CXFNonSpringServlet to be
registered automatically via annotation (instead of in
org/apache/cxf/transport/http/osgi/ServletExporter.java):
