Hi Andriy

I think if we have at least a single servlet registration in a war supposed to
run CXF JAX-RS services then we can safely drop the processing.
(There's one specific case related to this auto-discovery issue, where a single
servlet name is Application implementation class name but we can do an
exclusion around it). The other situation is that in OSGI, unless a default
HTTP transport is disabled, there will be a default CXF servlet set too - we
can simply say that either disable it or do not use a rt-rs-http-sci module

Thanks, Sergey

> This will offer an advanced support for the auto-discovery of JAX-RS
> Application, root resources and providers in OSGI in combination with
> pax-web-jetty.
> Options:
> - dynamically register the implementation as OSGI service
