I'm not writing my own code that is doing injection. In that comment, I copied
the part of InjectionUtils from CXF where the issue is happening.
I'm not sure what you mean: runtime deals with it. If you mean that CXF is
dealing with it during runtime - OK but probably no correctly when
IllegalArgumentException is thrown.
