This is a follow up from CXF-5715 to make the websocket conduit to use the ID
referencing mechanism so that it can correlate the responses that arrive
asynchronously to its requests.
In this way, a normal jaxws or jaxrs based request-response services can be
invoked using the websocket conduit.
