I agree. The user should be able to define his own servlet. I also fully agree
that we need some better mechanism to map between servlets and endpoints. For
example a user might have two servlets and want to have some endpoints in
servlet A and some in servlet B but I think this is independent from CDI. We
should create a separate issue and discuss how we can improve this.
