With the final release of JAX-RS 2.0 API in May, it's time to get CXF off the
milestone releases. The compilation dependency on the m10 release currently
makes it impossible to use the final release as a runtime dependency due to
classes from m10 that didn't make it into the final release (for example,
MessageProcessingException).
