I'm not quite sure what the problem is here. The "sendRenewing" boolean
configuration property on the STSClient disables sending a "Renewing" Element
in the RequestSecurityToken request. Are you saying this is not working? If so,
could you please show an example of your configuration with this property set
to "false"?
