The problem identified in this issue was fixed by Dan as part of the CXF
2.6.3/2.7.0 release. It looks like you are hitting a different problem.
It isn't clear from your comment:
* Does your wsdl work with previous CXF releaes (2.6.0/2.6.1)?
* Does your wsdl work with wsimport (ships with JDK)?
If so... it probably makes sense to put together a simple test wsdl that
demonstrates the issue you are hitting and open a new JIRA.
