I think this issue is invalid, one needs to have two separate declarations to
get per-interface specific endpoints created.
Is there any specific reason you can't do it
However, perhaps it should be actually possible to get a single endpoint
representing multiple interfaces. But the only way to explore this path in the
next few months is to get a patch provided. Please do it if you can't go with
the multiple declarations step.
