register extensions with CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet

There appears to be on current init param to CXFNonSpringJaxrsServlet to be
able to specify extensions to the JAXRSServerFactoryBean being created.
Something like: jaxrs.extensionsMap or some other way to specify the extensions
to pass to: JAXRSServerFactoryBean.setExtensionMappings(..)
