I would definitely need more information about the problem. I don't see
"util.java' in the wsdl's you attached.
The changes you describe between 2.2.6 and 2.2.7 are due to CXF-2668 and
CXF-2665 which were definite bugs with using the incorrect namespaces in the
generated schema and exposing details that should no be exposed. (like
exposing impl.sl.tra.modules.daisy.marbes.cz)
