The interop samples, while still included in the distribution, have been taken
out of the build process (which, if included, would automatically update the
version numbers) because the Microsoft test server they reference (and need in
order to retrieve the WSDLs, generate code artifacts, etc.) has been frequently
off line as of late. The CXF team will need to look further into the matter.
