This is very bizzarre. It works with Sprint 2.5.6. It ALSO works fine with
Spring3 on trunk (CXF 2.3.0-SNAPSHOT). With 2.2.x, the servlet isn't getting
any of the context events. It's getting various authentication events and
such so I know the listener is registered with something, but the context
refresh events aren't getting delivered. Still kind of digging, but it's very
strange since the code is exactly the same between 2.2.x and trunk in this
area. :-(
