What Java version are you using? With Java6, there is support built into the
JDK for spenego:
http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/security/jgss/lab/part6.html
With CXF 2.2.6, we wire in an Authenticator that will get the username/password
that is required for it. Thus, with Java6, you may not need the jcifs stuff
at all.
