I would recommend against alphabetization--people have reasons to have
operations in certain orders, especially for larger WSDLs, and that ordering
should be followed--sometimes alphabetization actually makes things worse, as
it separates operations related to the same topic.
There are ways to sort the WSDL using XSLT if alphabetization is desired.
Check the CXF articles page for a blog entry I did on that.
