Ok, I just wanted to make software easier to understand, but maybe it's also ok, if the user have to learn that `cordova` means the cli. Good idea with the README. We could also write what you wrote `This cordova repository is the landing page for all our repos, some docs and most importantly the home for discussions` and could add, that this is not the npm package `cordova` and the text `If you are looking for the Cordova CLI repository, which has the npm package name "cordova", go here..`.
