Support minimum iOS 15

Hi @dpogue,

thanks for your thoughts.

Your are right, we live in a world of planned obsolescence and this will be the
main reason why old devices are not supported any longer. But it's a little bit
controversial to use Apple products and don't want to be part of planned
obsolescence. If you don't want to be part of planned obsolescence and also
climate change, don't buy a smartphone or a computer. There are devices for
Android, which are against e-waste and you can repair everything, but you are
still using Android and Android is maintained by Google, which is also a
company who wants to sell.

In the end, my suggestion was driven by Apple's version upgrade strategy, which
is probably being pursued due to planned obsolescence. But as a developer, is
nice to be up-to-date with everything. Maintaining old versions takes more
time, energy and makes the development slow and more complex.

Thanks for the example of the company. But at some point, they have to upgrade
also. The web is also envolving and at some point, they can't any longer use
the web correctly, because they can't update the WebView. Also third party apps
will also reject support of old versions. Over time, they will have more and
more problems, even if Cordova will support these old devices still.

Regards,

Manuel
