The produced stacktrace doesn't appear to be related to any Cordova codebase that Apache maintains. Additionally the [taco-team-build](https://github.com/microsoft/taco-team-build) package is no longer supported by Microsoft. It seems to be failing on trying to add/install a plugin which to me doesn't make sense since Cordova will handle that on platform add, assuming that the plugins were saved properly inside `package.json`/`config.xml`. I'm not sure what is actually using taco-team-build, if it's Ionic or DevOps Pipeline, but I think you're best course of action is to reach out to DevOps Pipeline support. I'm closing this issue because I don't believe there is anything actionable by Apache Cordova, but if new information comes in that suggests so, then we can reopen the issue. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
