`window.resolveLocalFileSystemURL` itself is erroring or the `FileEntry` returned produces a `.toURL()` that fails? If the latter, there's a known regression in 8.1.1. You revert back to 8.1.0 as a workaround. It will be fixed by https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-file/pull/640 which is currently in the release process to be fixed in 8.1.2 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
