I've tried master branch and I can see the privacy manifest in the CordovaLib project, but I don't think it's in the CordovaLib.a library file that gets generated from the CordovaLib project. So are we sure the merged change will be enough when the Cordova's manifest doesn't seem to be part of the resulting user app? Or will we need to switch to using a Cordova.framework as breautek commented?
