I don't want to say "yes" but generally speaking we update to the latest versions on major releases, so it will probably support 1.9.x. You can change the kotlin version by using the `GradlePluginKotlinVersion` preference, however if 1.9.x requires other gradle changes then it may not work. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
