This will allow us to manually triggering the build after the nightly CI fails and some of the packages were submitted succesfuly. ### Description <!-- Describe your changes in detail --> Changes the nightly version. Exmaple Previous of CLI: `11.1.1-nightly.2023.5.9.8d2286c9` Example New: `11.1.1-nightly+20230509182032730.sha.8d2286c9` Time + mili/micro seconds +`.sha.` was added.
