Thanks, fixed the typo.
Regarding, what the problem is, I'm not sure, I think there is problem w/ a
plugin itself,
what I did is just copied plugin configuration form {{commons-parent}} pom.xml
file. If you
will try to execute {{mvn changes:jira-report}} it will still appear to show
the error:
