I see a mix of different versions of commons-compress in compressError.txt,
that can't be good (probably).
I don't see any mention of commons-compress in compressExclude.txt, that's
can't be good either since you'll likely get a class not found exception at
some point.
The release tag for 1.25.0 contains the method in question:

I'm not sure how to help you here, it sounds like an issue with your Gradle
