Description:
when doing for example 'mvn install':

This is from the test that "Checks that change events from delegated files are
fired." in JunctionTests - apparently the 'created' event did not trigger.
Adding a 'assertFalse("Test file should not exist yet", file2.exists());' just
after 'resolveFile' fails, so I suppose this is because 'createFile' does
nothing when the file already exists. That makes sense I guess. Is the test ran
twice? Should that work in the first place?
This is on Linux in a bwrap, not sure what else is special about my setup.
