Description: Currently minus (`-`) is not allowed in option names, which
makes common long options in kebab-case (like`-\-is-not-allowed`) impossible.
This change is to allow it inside an option name. (was: Currently the '-' is
not allowed in the option name. This change is to allow '-' as an option name.)
