FTR, many, many years ago, I suggested changes to Commons CLI (to allow less
awkward/more standard usage, I vaguely recall); it had been rejected; I don't
remember the detailed reason but it could have been equated to "no new
features" indeed.
Since then, I turned to "picocli".
