This PR is ready for review. Smoketests have passed for all hypervisors,
excluding few env related failures (such as snapshot failures on centos6 kvm
etc) that I'm looking into. The systemvmtemplate build has been updated to use
packer now, making it easier for anyone to build templates. Another effort that
went into this PR was to stabilize master and is ongoing.
Requesting review and feedback from @wido @rafaelweingartner @resmo and
others.
