First release of Vyos Router integration with Cloudstack. This is modelled
after the Palo Alto Firewall integration and provides Firewall, Source Nat,
Destination Nat, and Static Nat functionality via a Vyos Router. Full
documentation can be found in the README.md file at the root of the plugin
directory.
Attached are the results from the smoke tests.
