When using Swift as Secondary Storage, new Instance cannot be created.
Uploading new template work and end up correctly into swift. but creating VM's
from this new template fail.
Seams that the SSVM fail do create the cache template into the Primary storage.
Observer on XenServer 6.2 with CloudStack 4.5.2 and 4.6.0rc1
This feature work well in 4.4.x.
