Fix For: 4.4.0
Migrate test cases in test_vm_life_cycle are failing with assertion error when
at least 2 hosts are not present in the setup.
To do:
1) Skip test case instead of failing with assertion error in such condition
2) Put condition for KVM that two hosts should be present in the same cluster
because live migration between two hosts of different clusters is not supported
in KVM.
