We noticed while developing a ui plugin for Cloudstack that when an operation
initiated from the quickview dropdown fails with an error dialog, the loading
overlay on that list element does not disappear, though the js code to remove
the overlay is executed. This appears to be happening across all of Cloudstack,
though we first noticed it during plugin development work.
