Additional infrastructure statistics to display the number of hosts/cpu sockets
being managed by cloudstack which reflects the size of cloud.
When we add the host we collect the number of CPU sockets and add this
information in HostReponse.
So we can calculate the cpu socket number summing the number of sockets for
each host using listHostsAPI.
