If a CloudStack enpoint without a port defined is specified, then Marvin will
fail.
You can bypass this by using the IP address of the endpoint and the port but if
you want to use a DNS record of an endpoint it won't work.
cloudstackConnection.py could be updated a bit so that if no port is passed
(integration port is not assumed) and the urlopen query does not try to put a
port in there.
