This cannot be fixed with a UI change (.css file), it is an upgrade issue.
To get 2.2.14 to work with VLANs Nicolas had to setup security groups even
though they did not use the functionality.
Since 4.1 apparently does not have security groups, the upgrade path from
2.2.14 to 4.1 does not work.
This is not fixed.
