"Description of relayHeaders option" section of CXF component page mentions
MessageHeadersRelay interface and DefaultMessageHeadersRelay class that do not
seem to exist perhaps since Camel 2.x.
Towards the end, it says "The Message Header Relay mechanism has been merged
into
`CxfHeaderFilterStrategy`".
The whole text is thus very confusing.
MessageHeadersRelay and its default implementation should not be mentioned at
all and CxfHeaderFilterStrategy should be introduced before MessageHeaderFilter
and its relayHeaders attribute.
